Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth processes at the reception, recording and processing new admissions or discharges, and performing partially administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective front desk operations
  • Process new admissions and discharges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
