- Scheduling: Build and maintain physician schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Quality Assurance: Assist with the distribution of quality assurance surveys and prevention screenings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Monitor and respond to incoming messages from care team inboxes, collaborating with nurses to ensure seamless communication.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to standard policies and procedures.
- Special Projects: Perform tasks as assigned for special projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Education: High school diploma with at least 1 year of experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Teamwork: Ability to accept direction and work within a team concept, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude.
- Technical Skills: Possession of typing and computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.
- Competitive Salary: Up to $22 per hour.
