Compensation Package
This exceptional opportunity comes with an estimated salary range of $160,000 to $190,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and adjusted for cost of living standards. Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for owning the entire K-12 school sales funnel in Northern California, working closely with state, school district, and charter school leadership to secure new business opportunities. Key duties include presenting at cabinet meetings, meeting with board members, confirming state policies, managing RFPs, and selecting local consultants to accelerate lead generation and closed deals. Your extensive K-12 sales experience will be invaluable in growing the California market and tapping into your existing network to close business within the first 90 days.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the territory and ability to influence the company's approach to winning in it
- Combine a can-do attitude with the desire and focus to exceed sales goals
- Take a collaborative team approach to transitioning won deals to Customer Success
- Persistent, organized, and goal-oriented, with a keen sense of prioritization
- Accurately update CRM and pipeline once a week
- Self-aware, humble, and constantly seeking ways to grow personally and professionally
- At least five years of enterprise sales experience, with at least two in education sales
- Technology enthusiast with a willingness to learn new tools
- Travel required for in-person events and HQ gatherings, with preference for PST business hours
