Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Railroad Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Railroad Solutions team, including data entry, invoicing and reporting
  • Assist with new builds, transportation quotes, maintenance and damage charges to clients
  • Review CSAs and PM service calls for completeness
  • Complete complex entries for client software systems to receive payment for maintenance and damage
  • Process vendor invoices for payment
  • Generate daily/weekly reports to assist the Rental Coordinator and Maintenance Planner
  • Serve as a backup for inbound customer phone calls
  • Adhere to all customer care standards

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products or comparable systems
  • Ability to comprehend, capture and interpret customer and equipment information independently
  • Strong verbal communication and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to manage complex details accurately and according to schedule
  • Consistent attendance

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum
