Position Title: IT Warehouse Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Overview:

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in inventory management and technical support within a warehouse setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical or warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics
  • Experience in Asset Management within a warehouse context
  • Proficient in Inventory Management systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage operational challenges
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational abilities
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and work environments
  • Capability to oversee multiple IT Supply Chain projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle in a secure environment
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in high-stress situations
  • Proven initiative and flexibility in adapting to changing demands
  • Technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and desktop support
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and remote software
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Access, Outlook)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10/11
  • Experience with workflow and ticketing systems

Communication and Physical Requirements:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Physical capability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • A+ certification is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
