We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Oswego Place by Bonaventure. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and assisting the management team with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Greet community visitors with a warm and welcoming smile.
- Answer multi-line phone calls, route calls, and take messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Help sort and distribute mail and packages in a efficient and organized manner.
- Perform general office duties such as copying, filing, supply requisition, and other clerical skills.
- Assist with the preparation of community events and visitor tours.
- Excellent communication skills, professional, and well organized.
- Ability to problem solve and think critically.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- English language required.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Must pass criminal background check and drug test.
