- Support store management in various administrative functions, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory management.
- Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and reference checks, and assist with the onboarding process for new associates.
- Perform daily cash office functions, maintaining cash office standards and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory management, and other tasks as needed.
- Ensure proper associate coverage in service areas, maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting the store team in executing tasks and activities according to store plan.
- Communicate effectively with management and associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates.
- Participate in associate training and development, partnering with management to identify training needs and increase effectiveness.
- Maintain adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Able to train others and provide guidance and support as needed.
- 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience preferred.

This position has a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
