Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with customers and responding to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Support store management in various administrative functions, including scheduling, expense account monitoring, and supply inventory management.
  • Participate in the hiring process, conducting interviews and reference checks, and assist with the onboarding process for new associates.
  • Perform daily cash office functions, maintaining cash office standards and ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Support the Operations Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, expense account monitoring, supply inventory management, and other tasks as needed.
  • Ensure proper associate coverage in service areas, maintaining a positive customer experience and supporting the store team in executing tasks and activities according to store plan.
  • Communicate effectively with management and associates, setting and addressing priorities, and providing progress updates.
  • Participate in associate training and development, partnering with management to identify training needs and increase effectiveness.
  • Maintain adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to train others and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
