About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Manager to lead our Hospital Operations team at Allegheny Health Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and support to hospital operations staff, including coordination of staffing resources, patient flow, and bed utilization.
  • Prioritize patient placement across the hospital based on clinical need and in accordance with capacity and staffing availability.
  • Provide clinical direction and patient placement oversight to hospital operations staff.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years recent nursing experience, with a focus on hospital operations or leadership.
  • Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
  • Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate, and Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
  • CPR – American Heart Association certification.
  • Preferred: BSN, previous management experience.
