About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the Men's Specialty channel. You will work closely with our Senior Account Manager and Head of Brand to develop and execute a sales plan that meets our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for the assigned territory by selling to existing and new customers with a consultative approach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business.
  • Support accounts with the sell-through of products at retail, including but not limited to traveling the territory for merchandising assistance, customer engagement, and in-store events.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive benefits package, which includes health and wellness coverage, 401k with company match, discounted stock purchasing, options for education reimbursement, and amazing product discounts.
