Job Description

This role involves coordinating and organizing tasks to provide care within the scope of the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act. You will identify patient, unit, and organizational priorities and incorporate them into the nursing process, ensuring continuity of care.

Responsibilities
  1. Validates patient priorities with the healthcare team and documents appropriately.
  2. Develops an individual plan of care based on the age and assessed needs of the patient, collaborating with the healthcare team.
  3. Updates the plan based on changes in the patient's condition and communicates changes to the team.
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse or completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program.

Salary and Benefits
