Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team at Jacobs. As a key member of our NORAD Operations Group, you will play a critical role in supporting the Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment (ITW/AA) and Space Support Contract II (NISSC II) programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system, network, and application issues via telephone and email.
  • Evaluate the impact and results of system troubleshooting and create, track, review, update, and conclude actions in Remedy within government timelines.
  • Assign and follow up on maintenance actions of other work centers, coordinating various CMSFS Work Order activities.
  • Maintain and improve the relationship between government leadership and the NISSC II contractor team.
  • Serve as a NISSC II team Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor on all matters related to CFP processes and mission systems status.
  • Prepare, submit, and brief daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and status reports.
  • Serve as a coordination point for CMSFS mission partners and customers.
