The Senior Bilingual Member Services Representative serves as a key liaison between members and providers, resolving service issues and providing information to Community First Health Plan members through various channels. This role ensures compliance with HIPAA-related policies and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and providers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of member inquiries, requests, and complaints, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall member experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, protecting sensitive member information at all times.
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of college-level work in business, healthcare administration, or related fields, or one year of experience as a member service representative.
• One year of HMO experience is required, with a preference for healthcare problem resolution experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
