Job Overview

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Wholesale Manager to oversee our wholesale customers and drive commercial sales growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our wholesale customers, sourcing necessary parts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NAPA wholesale customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively source and procure parts to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor commercial sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Capable and willing to become ASE certified within first year.
  • 3+ years parts experience preferred.
  • Able leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Buyout and sourcing knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to lift 25 pounds.
