Job Summary

We are seeking highly qualified Postdoctoral Research Associates and Lecturers to join our team in the College of Arts. As a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Lecturer, you will have the opportunity to teach and conduct research in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach six sections of your Engagement courses (2 credits each)
  • Develop and teach six sections of your Engagement courses (2 credits each) per academic year
  • Pursue a vigorous research agenda grounded in the liberal arts and sciences
  • Participate in the College Fellows program, a cohort of faculty drawn from across the College
  • Participate in College Fellows sponsored events, such as lectures, symposia, and seminars
  • Perform administrative duties, including participation in bimonthly professional development sessions and select general education committees
Requirements
  • Must defend dissertation by June 1, 2024, and have a terminal degree conferred by August 1, 2024
  • Must have a terminal degree conferred by August 1, 2024, and no earlier than May
  • Must have a strong research agenda and teaching experience
