Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle accounts payable, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Match, batch, code, and process over 50 invoices per day
- Full responsibility of refunds, wire transfers, and check requests
- Resolve and reconcile invoice issues and audit accounts for accuracy
- Research statements and field calls and questions from vendors
- Support the month-close, ad-hoc projects, and/or tasks
- Assist with the annual audit process and 1099s
- Handle vendor questions and/or issues regarding payments
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle accounts payable
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
