Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in the Medical Aesthetics industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve district sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our product range and demonstrating their benefits.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and educate the team to ensure they can confidently discuss them with clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to understand market trends, and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical industry, including healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients, ensuring they align with company policies and standards.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities in the district.
  • Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and meetings to promote our products and network with industry professionals.
