Medical Aesthetics Sales Director

About the Role:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Work closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Report on sales results and provide meaningful feedback to senior management.
- Identify and address sales potential amongst team members.
