Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales plans, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies, to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.
