Administrative Representative

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Administrative Representative to provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Stay organized and detail-oriented, following company policies and procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction (DUI, DWI, DWAI) on record within the past 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
- Must have at least 12 months of prior customer service retail/administrative support experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency or above with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
