Position Overview

As a Travel Client Specialist 2 at Epsilon, you will be integral in expanding our existing portfolio by utilizing your knowledge to identify, influence, present, and finalize agreements with clients. Your contributions will be vital in achieving and surpassing sales targets, resulting in substantial revenue enhancement for Epsilon.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be essential in advancing our current business relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Collaboration: Establish yourself as a reliable partner to clients, fostering mutually beneficial outcomes that drive revenue growth for Digital Media. Utilize your extensive knowledge of digital media to uncover client needs and demonstrate how programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and streaming audio solutions can support their objectives.
  • Data Management: Oversee client reporting, analysis, and insights. Extract actionable insights from available data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the Account Management team to guide internal resources in preparing and delivering targeted solutions for travel clients.
  • Consultative Approach: Employ creativity to offer tailored sales solutions that meet clients' marketing requirements and assist them in achieving their business objectives.
  • Account Oversight: Manage the daily operations of accounts both internally (within Digital Media Solutions and Epsilon Auto) and externally (with clients).
  • Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including Epsilon Auto, Digital Media account management, media, analytics, legal, compliance, and influential decision-makers at the client and/or agency.
  • Strategic Roadmapping: Formulate a success roadmap that guarantees client satisfaction, growth, and trust, ultimately positioning yourself as the client's trusted advisor.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of professional experience, particularly in the digital media and programmatic advertising technology sectors.
  • Client Engagement: Background in client management or sales (or sales support) within client-side, advertising solutions, digital marketing, or agency environments.
  • Performance Analysis: Proficiency in campaign reporting and business reviews, including analyzing performance metrics, deriving insights, and crafting and presenting performance reports and recommendations.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with essential marketing components, including strategy, analytics, programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and/or streaming media performance, and advertising technology.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Ability to independently identify opportunities, new business prospects, and market gaps.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative background with a grasp of analytical tools and methodologies.
  • Strategic Insight: Understanding of marketing program strategy, design, execution, and measurement/attribution.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
  • Communication Proficiency: Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to thrive in team-oriented and highly collaborative settings.
  • Sales Acumen: Experience in sales and business development is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Management software.
  • Educational Background: A BA/BS degree with a strong academic record is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
