  • Provide each caller with respectful and empathetic service
  • Follow established departmental scripts and procedures for client interactions
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client information and departmental records
  • Work collaboratively with external organizations to facilitate client services

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move objects as necessary
  • Background verification and certification may be necessary
  • Minimum requirement of an Associate Degree; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a comparable position is advantageous
  • Must obtain Alliance Information Referral Systems (AIRS) Certification

Direct Supervisor: Program Manager

Educational and Experience Criteria:

  • Educational Background: At least an Associate Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years; 3 years preferred
  • Certification: AIRS Certification is preferred
