Miller Transportation Group is seeking a highly skilled Rental Account Manager to join our team in the Northern NJ area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling commercial truck rental services to businesses in accordance with established company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell commercial truck rental services to businesses in accordance with established company guidelines
  • Responsible to follow the company's merchandising plan in developing the rental customer base on both an aggregate and branch basis
  • Act as a liaison between internal customers such as the maintenance department, lease sales representatives, and administration
  • Knowledgeable of trucks, truck equipment, and trucking regulations

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Associate's Degree
  • Prior Commercial Truck Rental experience
  • Outside sales experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Willingness to travel as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations
