Rental Sales Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
  • Maintain accurate data within the company's marketing database.
  • Manage rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
  • Meet overall Ryder market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain relationships and grow the customer base.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform On-Call Representative duties as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • One year or more of customer service experience with issues resolution.
  • Computer literacy at an intermediate level.
