Nurse Director

Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Director to lead our Women's and Newborn Care team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the Role:
- Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance clinical practices and research initiatives.
- Serve as a resource for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to address clinical questions and concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
- Seven years of related experience, including five years in a leadership role.
- CURRENTLY licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
