Healthcare Leader for Women's and Babies Services

Penn State Health is seeking a seasoned Director of Nursing to lead our women's and babies services team. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in clinical operations, staffing, and development to drive positive outcomes for our patients and staff.
About the Role:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for operations, staffing, and development within the Department of Women and Babies, Transport, Safety Companions, Float Pool, and Outpatient Infusion.
- Serve as a resource to manage clinical operations with the expectation of positive financial performance through enhanced utilization, scheduling, and deployment of staff.
- Coordinate woman's and babies services across the organization to create a seamless patient experience.
- Develop and implement strategic program management, facilitation, and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Seven (7) years of related experience required.
- Five (5) years of management experience required.
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
- AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing preferred.

Earnings Potential:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $160,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include relocation assistance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
