We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Administrative Director to join our team at Penn State Health. As a key member of our nursing administration, you will be responsible for driving excellence in patient care and advancing our Magnet Designation status.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan, we offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of strategies to achieve and maintain Magnet Designation status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based practice projects
- Maintain compliance with ANCC standards and requirements
- Develop and manage budgets to support Magnet-related initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing
- At least 5 years of functional experience in nursing administration
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in Pennsylvania
- Strong leadership and communication skills
