Nursing Director for Magnet Designation

Penn State Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to lead the direction and management of hospital processes related to acquiring and maintaining Magnet Designation.
About the RoleThis position is responsible for assessing hospital readiness and compliance status, planning, designing, and directing implementation of programs that enable success in achieving Magnet Designation. The successful candidate will guide and advise leadership regarding their individual areas of responsibility and prepare, revise, and maintain all compliance documentation materials.
Requirements- Masters in Nursing
- Five (5) years of functional experience required
- Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Penn State Health offers competitive pay, tuition reimbursement, and a Total Rewards Program with numerous additional benefits.
