Job Summary

The Customer Relations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and productive shopping experience for all customers. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, providing information and direction as needed.
  • Merchandise Handling: Handle customer's merchandise returns, complete refund/exchange paperwork, and sort returns by category.
  • Sales and Promotions: Sell appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses, promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up, and make product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work area, restock supplies, and follow all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with management, coworkers, and customers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to calculate figures, communicate effectively, and establish/maintain effective working relationships.
  • Physical Demands: Constantly stand and/or walk during shift, communicate with others, and repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
