Key Responsibilities- Drive retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Enable successful roll-out of Adjust to customer employees and ensure seamless adoption.
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and identifying opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Identify opportunities for customers to act as Adjust advocates and promote our platform.
- Work with customers on contract renewals and expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap and drive innovation.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales roles, with a strong background in mobile user acquisition.
- Ability to find growth opportunities within accounts and add value through consultative approach.
- Strong project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships.
- High level of autonomy and ability to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
