Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at State Farm Insurance. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and policy changes. You will also provide accurate and timely information regarding insurance products and services, process policy applications, renewals, and cancellations, and handle billing and payment inquiries. Additionally, you will resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
