Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Sentara Healthcare, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls to effectively address eligibility, claim, and payment issues or patient scheduling, referral issues. You will work in a fast-paced environment to assist callers and update billing information, establish payment plans, screen callers for financial assistance, and resolve charge and payment inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update billing information, establish payment plans, and screen callers for financial assistance.
  • Resolve charge and payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced contact center environment to assist callers and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
