Position Overview:
The Treasury Management Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Treasury Management Sales Officers in their efforts to provide comprehensive Treasury Management solutions to both commercial and retail clients. This position requires a proactive and sales-oriented individual who is adept at utilizing technology to enhance sales processes, presentations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating the sales process and ensuring client satisfaction:

  • Deliver exceptional client support and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge related to treasury management services.
  • Address and resolve treasury management issues efficiently for both prospects and existing clients.
  • Prepare and manage the execution of onboarding documentation for Treasury Management solutions.
  • Assist Treasury Management Sales Officers with sales management, including presentations, reports, and product enhancements.
  • Analyze referrals from retail colleagues and communicate effectively to drive new revenue opportunities.
  • Support the sales of Treasury Management solutions as referred by retail staff.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure timely execution of all necessary documentation.
  • Monitor implementation processes to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management Sales Officers to review account analysis statements and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
  • Manage client relationships, including renewals and service issue resolutions, while providing training on Treasury Management solutions.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Treasury Management Services or equivalent banking experience, or 3 years as a Banking Center Manager or Relationship Banker.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt based on feedback.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in various PC and internet-based applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to create financial models and understand analytical formulas.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for developing tailored presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Resourcefulness in researching and resolving issues effectively.
