Key Responsibilities- Client Support and Product Knowledge: Provide expert support and product knowledge to clients and prospects in relation to treasury management services.
- Problem Solving and Resolution: Responsible for problem solving and resolution of treasury management issues with prospects and clients.
- Onboarding and Documentation: Prepare and ensure proper execution of onboarding documentation for Treasury Management solutions to clients/prospects.
- Sales Support: Support Treasury Management Sales Officers with sales management, presentation, reports, collateral review and design, product review and enhancements, portfolio, revenue, profitability, and pricing.
- Referral Management: Review and respond to referrals from Retail colleagues requiring a fast-paced analysis and professional communication to deliver new revenue and manage expectations of Retail clients, prospects and colleagues.
- Sales Support: May support the sale of Treasury Management solutions referred by Retail staff.
- Relationship Management: Assist with management of relationships including but not limited to renewals of limits for RDC and ACH exposure, resolving service issues, training clients/prospects in the use of Treasury Management solutions, and direct communication with client/prospects in coordination with colleagues across Vantage Bank.
- Experience: 1-3 years' experience in Treasury Management Services or equivalent banking experience with degree or 3 years as Banking Center Manager or Relationship Banker.
- Skills: Demonstrated willingness to learn, implement feedback, and take action. Ability to develop working relationships with clients/prospects and colleagues. Ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, organizational, planning and customer skills. Strategic thinking skills. Ability to use various PC and internet-based systems including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to create proformas and understand formulas involved in analysis. Excellent presentation skills to develop customized presentations for internal and external use. Excellent PC skills using spreadsheet and word processing software. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to research issues and conflicts for best resolutions.
