About the Role

The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the Foundations for Living team, responsible for providing comprehensive support to our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruiting, including sourcing candidates through various channels and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Employee engagement and development, including tracking in-services and managing training programs.
  • Records management and data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  • Administrative support to the Executive team and other departments, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Special projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with three plus years of Human Resources Generalist experience.
  • Full cycle recruiter experience, including onboarding new employees and healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Experience mediating employee concerns and exercising sound professional judgment to make recommendations in the best interest of the facility and its employees required.
  • Knowledge of Joint Commission and other federal, state and local laws and regulations that govern healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • 21 years of age, with a valid driver's license.
