HR Generalist

Oak Plains Academy, a comprehensive 98-bed residential treatment program, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. Located in a rural setting, about 45 minutes from Nashville, Tennessee, the campus features a full-size gymnasium, dining hall, separate academic building, and four dormitories.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee engagement, new hire orientation, records management, data integrity, and other duties assigned. Additionally, they will be responsible for the HealthStream training system, assigning annual training modules to existing and new hire employees.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with three plus years of Human Resources Generalist experience, full-cycle recruiter experience, and knowledge of Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern healthcare. Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required.

The HR Generalist will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, utilizing excellent computer skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications. A flexible schedule is a requirement, and a valid driver's license is necessary. The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
