Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and present insurance forecasts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance options, eligibility, coverage, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to achieving success.
  • Identify and cultivate sales opportunities with both current and prospective clients.
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to inform clients about insurance options.

Qualifications
  • Preferred, but not mandatory, to hold licenses from the State of CO: Property & Casualty, Life, and Health.
  • Previous experience in the insurance sector is advantageous, though not required.
  • Must prioritize client needs and demonstrate a people-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
  • Possess a positive attitude and recognize the importance of insurance and financial products in individuals' lives.
  • Demonstrated reliability, ethical conduct, and dependability are crucial.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
