Job Description

Green Home Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Solutions Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas by executing the sales cycle, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the sales cycle
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Evaluate mold investigations and determine possible mold risks to provide effective solutions
  • Create job quotes and proposals to meet client needs
  • Complete mold remediation according to company protocol and industry standards
  • Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of company vehicles, warehouses, and equipment
  • Effectively maintain POS/CRM system protocols to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must have a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of Xactimate and water restoration techniques
  • Punctual, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong work ethic
  • Prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes a competitive salary range of $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
