Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Springs Window Fashions. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prospect new customers, presenting our products and services to educate them on the benefits of working with us
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
- 2+ years of sales experience in a commercial environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
