Protective Industrial Products is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic North America Sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.

The position can be based in major metropolitan areas of the Upper Midwest, such as Milwaukee, Chicago, or Minneapolis, or near a major airport in the region.

Candidates must reside within this territory due to >50-% travel requirement to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Expand our market presence within the Industrial Sales market within the assigned territory.
  • Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
