Area Manager for Commercial Janitorial Services

Spectrum Building Services is seeking a seasoned Area Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional office cleaning services to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of janitors and porters within assigned zones, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor cleaning operations, provide guidance, and address any issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure associates are equipped to meet client needs and company specifications.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including work orders, inspections, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the Client Services team and Operations Manager to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Quarterly performance bonuses and recognition programs.
- Company-sponsored benefits, including 401K, medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Car allowance or company vehicle.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
