We are looking to fill two positions, one in North Los Angeles and the other in the Orange County/San Diego area. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and support to our janitorial teams, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that our clients' facilities are clean and well-maintained, and that our staff are adhering to our company's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction, and to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure that our clients' needs are met, and that our services are delivered in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, staff performance, and service delivery, and provide regular reports to our management team.
