Regional Supervisor for Commercial Cleaning Services

The Regional Supervisor for Commercial Cleaning Services is accountable for overseeing the operational needs and responsibilities of cleaning personnel within the assigned territory. This role involves managing cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with location specifications, completing necessary documentation, and addressing client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all cleaning staff within the designated area.
Address any issues or concerns with the Customer Service team and Operations Manager to ensure prompt resolution.
- Assist in the recruitment of cleaning personnel as needed.
- Conduct training for all staff in accordance with the specifications of each site.
- Ensure staff are proficient in the use of all equipment required for their roles, adhering to safety protocols consistently.
- Conduct site visits to monitor staff performance based on job complexity.
- Ensure staff are familiar with and adhere to company policies.
- Review all work orders (excluding inspections) with staff, ensuring completion within 24 hours.
- Guarantee that all inspection and site visit work orders are fulfilled.
- Provide monthly performance evaluations through one-on-one discussions, addressing any issues within 24 hours.
- Check all supplies, equipment, and storage areas during inspections.
- Maintain transportation in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with colleagues as necessary to resolve issues.
- Submit nightly reports accurately.
- Respond to emergencies within the assigned area.
- Familiarize oneself with all cleaning specifications across the assigned region.
- Manage keys and alarm systems at client locations, assisting the office in maintaining accurate records.
- Efficiently manage cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock while preventing over-ordering.
