Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Premium department, encompassing Suites, Clubs, and Restaurants. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned operations leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving partner satisfaction, and achieving financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of premium operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, adhering to our Core Signature standards.
  • Collaborate with the location leadership team to drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement within the premium department.
  • Partner with the culinary team to create innovative menus for premium spaces.
  • Manage the Suites Management System, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and suite holders, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Oversee loss prevention activities, including cash management, inventory control, and security protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all Payment Card Information rules and regulations.
  • Conduct progressive coaching and development of team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and retail, with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
