Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
- Front Desk Activities: Answer phones in a friendly manner, assist callers with various questions, check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
- Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, and ensure the cleanliness of exercise equipment and tanning beds.
- Qualifications and Requirements: Possess exceptional customer service skills, ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, and meet the physical demands of the job.
- Contribute to creating a healthier planet by helping us provide a Judgement Free Zone for our members.
