Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Front Desk Administrator. This position serves as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring outstanding customer service and administrative support to facilitate efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, assisting them and directing their inquiries appropriately.
  2. Handle incoming phone calls, take messages, and forward calls to the relevant staff members.
  3. Oversee the reception area, maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment.
  4. Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for team members.
  5. Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  6. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  7. Keep track of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
  8. Assist with various projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
