We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to contribute to our expanding initiatives. This role involves establishing collaborations with high schools and creating effective processes for the implementation of our educational products. The ideal candidate will possess experience interacting with high school students, educators, and district leaders, and will adeptly navigate the complexities of the educational landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Partnerships Team with outreach, communication, and presentations to educational stakeholders.
- Act as the main contact for superintendents, principals, and school counselors at partner institutions.
- Ensure smooth logistics and communication with each educational partner.
- Foster relationships with school and district stakeholders to align annual goals with their mission and strategic objectives.
- Utilize feedback and results to propose solutions and identify future opportunities for improvement.
- Assess community needs within schools to tailor content and resources accordingly.
- Oversee the entire relationship with schools from onboarding to regular engagement to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze partner data to track student and family participation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement school communications.
- Build strong connections with school counselors to become a trusted resource for support and professional development.
- Coordinate initiatives with student ambassadors to enhance marketing efforts and event planning.
- Identify growth opportunities within schools and districts.
- Support the team in refining processes and systems for educational partners.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in education or related fields, such as a high school educator or counselor.
- Willingness to travel for onboarding and professional development.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- A passion for enhancing educational outcomes for high school students.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Level All does not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship.
- Compensation range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on job-related factors.
