This is an exciting opportunity to join Conagra Brands as a Human Resources Development Program participant. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in human resources, working with a diverse range of employees and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gain hands-on experience in human resources, working on high-impact projects and assignments
  • Develop strong consulting relationships with business leaders, using data and insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Advance your conflict management and mediation skills, working in a dynamic business environment

Requirements
  • You will have completed your Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field by June 2025
  • You will have a general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
