Preferred Qualifications

  • Operational Management: Two to four years of direct food service operational management experience, with expertise in inventory and purchasing control.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
