Job Summary: This is a part-time, temporary position, with applications accepted continuously to create a pool of candidates. Positions will be filled as they become available.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree accompanied by two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately document lecture notes for students with disabilities who qualify for this service.
- Assist students in completing academic tasks within the classroom setting.
- Coordinate with the disability services office, educators, and students for examination supervision.
- Maintain confidentiality of examination materials, strictly follow proctoring protocols, and ensure exams are returned to the instructor post-completion.

Note: Newly appointed faculty members must ensure that their official transcripts are submitted by the degree-awarding institutions to the Human Resources Office within 30 days of employment commencement. Academic qualifications must be from regionally accredited institutions. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background check, which may include criminal history, credit history, and verification of education and employment history.
