About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer has an exceptional experience with Orkin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field incoming requests and schedule service visits to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, including call details, disposition of calls, payments, and other results
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information at all times
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment for extended periods of time
  • Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
